We want you to love your Celestine Sleep pillow. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

1. Returns

• You may return your pillow within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in original packaging and in good condition.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges
